My passion started with my time working at Malabar, a South Indian Restaurant in Crows Nest, running food to the tables. I know, an Asian guy working at an Indian Restaurant. Nevertheless, my time there helped me to develop an appreciation of bold flavours, interesting textures and my love of food.
Recently, I’ve started the next step of my culinary journey, beginning my commercial cookery course at Kenvale College, training to be a qualified chef and working in the kitchen of the Events Centre at The Star in Pyrmont.
